Caring For Your Product

In order for you to prolong the life of your fabulous Ninetees Baby products we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colours, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

Our Printing Process

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use.

How Does DTG Printing Work? In DTG digital printing a special kind of printer is used to apply water-based ink directly to the fabric of your product using inkjet technology. The fibers of the garment absorb this water-based ink to create your custom design or logo.

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Ethical Clothing Approach

Globally Sourced, Ethically Made, Sweatshop Free. Vertical Integration

Being vertically integrated means that we understand the whole process of the products we sell. This direct control from raw materials to finished products, allows us to ensure that responsible and sustainable practices are deployed throughout the company.

We also proactively ensure that all our contractors, comply with international laws, including those of the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and the Fair Labor Association (FLA)

Most of our cotton comes from the U.S.A because of its high quality and strong environmental sustainability and social responsibility practices. More than 75% of the cotton acreage where our cotton is grown is irrigated using naturally occurring rainwater only

We treat our wastewaters through biological reactors or through a natural lagoon system called Biotop. The lagoons naturally stabilize the wastewaters' pH and is home to 52 animal species in Honduras and to 42 species in the Dominican Republic, including crocodiles, fish and several species of native birds!

Produced ethically in our socially-compliant WRAP-certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) factories that are sweatshop-free and child labor-free

You can find out more about WRAP-Certification here.http://www.wrapcompliance.org/

Eco-Dyed: Our fabric is dyed using 7x less water and eco-friendly dye
